Spearheading this effort is the development of a state-of-the-art master application, supported by the Asian Development Bank.
This groundbreaking app seeks to transform the EV charging experience by enabling drivers to effortlessly find nearby charging stations, reserve slots in advance, and make seamless payments, thus simplifying the process and encouraging more people to embrace electric vehicles.

The recent ruling by the Supreme Court, which overturned the stay on the ban on bike taxis imposed by the Delhi High Court, has brought legal clarity to the issue.
However, it has also sparked concerns regarding the future of two-wheeler taxi drivers who heavily relied on this form of employment. As the ban effectively terminates bike taxi services in the capital city, the livelihoods of these drivers are now at risk.

With the Chandigarh Administration's progressive step towards a more environmentally friendly future by implementing a ban on non-electric vehicle registrations, there are growing concerns about the impact on jobs and livelihoods within the automobile industry. As part of the Electric Vehicle Policy 2022, registrations for fuel-based four-wheelers will cease by December, as the focus shifts towards promoting eco-friendly transportation alternatives. This move aims to drive the transition towards greener modes of transportation but raises valid concerns about the potential effects on employment in the automotive sector.

BMW has issued a global recall for its flagship electric SUV, the iX, in multiple countries due to a potential issue involving sudden and unintended acceleration. This recall has been initiated to address concerns raised by owners regarding this matter.
The problem first came to light in 2022 when several iX owners reported instances of their vehicles accelerating unexpectedly. Initially, it was believed that the issue was connected to the cruise control system. However, further investigations revealed a different underlying cause. It was determined that the steering angle could inadvertently cause a driver's hand to unintentionally press the cruise control button, resulting in sudden acceleration.
