New safety features launched in Maruti Suzuki Ignis: cost increased by Rs 27,000

The price of Maruti Suzuki Ignis increased by 27,000, The hatchback from Maruti Suzuki now comes with more advanced safety features like ESP [electronic stability programme] and hill hold assist on all the models available in the market. Now the Maruti Suzuki Ignis comes with an updated petrol engine to meet the norms of the forthcoming Real Driving Emission [RDE]. 

New safety features

Maruti Suzuki Ignis comes in four models Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha, all four models lacked basic safety features like ESP and hill hold assist, Now these features come in all four trims. Standard features like Dual Airbags, ABS and ISOFIX child anchorages. 

Updated colour schemes

The hatchback comes in two dual-tone and six monochromatic colour variants. Turquoise Blue, Lucent Orange, Nexa Blue, Glistening Grey, Silky Silver, and Pearl Arctic White are among the monotone hues. Nexa Blue with a Black roof and a Grey roof are two of its dual-tone paint options, which come at a cost increase of Rs 14,000 over the regular paint.
