The young girls had to pay a fine of Rs 23,000 under various sections of the Act.

A group of young women in Noida were fined Rs. 23,500 for hanging out of the windows of a moving Hyundai Venue car. The incident was captured on video and later went viral on social media platforms.

The women were seen sitting on the windows and waving at onlookers while the car was moving on the road. The video shows that they were also not wearing seatbelts, putting their safety at risk.

The Noida Traffic Police took notice of the video and fined the driver of the car, which was later identified as a rental vehicle, under multiple sections of the Motor Vehicles Act. The sections include Rs. 5,000 for driving without a license, Rs. 5,000 for dangerous driving, and Rs. 2,000 for not wearing a seatbelt.

The women were also fined under various sections of the Act, including Rs. 1,000 each for not wearing seatbelts, and Rs. 500 for obstructing traffic.

The incident serves as a reminder for the importance of following traffic rules and regulations. It also highlights the potential dangers of reckless behavior while driving, which can put not only the driver but also other passengers and pedestrians at risk.
