Xiaomi is set to make waves in the electric vehicle market with its new high-performance electric sedan, the Xiaomi SU7. Announced globally in December 2023 and produced in China, the SU7 has now been showcased in India as part of Xiaomi's 10th-anniversary celebrations. However, the official launch date in India remains unconfirmed.

The SU7 comes in three variants-

• SU7 RWD with a 73.6 kWh battery and 700 km range
• SU7 Pro with a 94.3 kWh battery and 830 km range
• SU7 Max with a 101 kWh battery, producing 664 hp and achieving 0-100 km/h in 2.78 seconds

Design: The SU7 boasts a world-record drag coefficient of 0.195, a sleek and aerodynamic design similar to the Porsche Taycan and BYD Seal.

Display: A 16.1-inch 3K touchscreen, digital driver’s display, head-up display, and panoramic glass roof.

Driver Assistance: Advanced driver assistance powered by Nvidia Drive Orin processors.

Expected Price: Around ₹50 lakh in India.

Xiaomi has not confirmed the launch date for the SU7 in India, though it was recently showcased. In China, the SU7 starts at ¥215,900 (Rs. 24.79 lakh) for the base model, ¥245,900 (Rs. 28.23 lakh) for the mid-level SU7 Pro, and ¥299,900 (Rs. 34.42 lakh) for the top-tier variant.
