Sleek and stylish: Yamaha releases FZ-S V3 in matte black at dealerships.

The Yamaha FZS v3 has been well-received in India, thanks to its sporty design, comfortable ride, and reliable performance. It has become a popular choice among riders in the country, particularly those seeking a stylish and powerful motorcycle for daily use.

Yamaha has brought back the 2023 FZ-S V3 with a fresh matte black color option in India, which is available for purchase at a price of Rs. 1.21 lakh (excluding showroom charges in Delhi). Recent photographs indicate that the motorcycle is beginning to arrive at Yamaha retailers throughout the nation.

Yamaha FZ-S V3 : Engine and Brakes

In terms of mechanical features, the Yamaha FZ-S V3 remains the same. It employs the identical 149cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that generates a maximum power output of 12.2bhp at 7,250rpm and a peak torque of 13.3Nm at 5,500rpm.

The engine is coupled with a five-speed transmission. The cycle parts of the 2023 Yamaha FZ-S V3 remain unchanged. It features telescopic forks at the front and a seven-stage adjustable mono-shock suspension system at the back.

The bike is equipped with a 282mm rotor at the front and a 220mm disc brake at the rear to bring it to a halt. A single-channel ABS system is included in all models. The FZ-S V3 rides on 17-inch alloy wheels on both the front and rear.

Yamaha FZ-S V3 : Colour and variants

The Yamaha FZ-S V3 standard model offers only the matte black paint option, whereas deluxe models come in Metallic Grey, Metallic Black, and Majesty Red.

In addition to the matte black shade, the standard trim also comes in Matte Red and Dark Matte Blue colors. Importantly, the cost of the matte black version is the same as that of the other colors available on the standard model.

The matte black paint job includes silver detailing on the tank shrouds, front fender, side panels, and exhaust cove.
