According to Ather's claims, the newly launched ExpressCare program assures customers that service quality will not be compromised. Presently operating in 20 ExpressCare service centres across the top 11 cities included in Tier 1 cities of India, the company plans to expand its reach by opening an additional 30 service centres, totaling 50 by the end of March 2024.

The highlight of the ExpressCare initiative is the promise of completing services within an impressive 60-minute timeframe. To achieve this, each service centre will deploy two highly skilled technicians dedicated to efficiently addressing scooter-related concerns. ExpressCare: Servicing Cost

The ExpressCare service is priced at Rs 125 which can go up to Rs 150, offering an affordable yet expedited option for electric scooter maintenance. Ather's commitment to customer satisfaction is evidenced by the fact that 2000 customers have already availed themselves of the ExpressCare service within the past two months.
