Pie Chart: HERO SEGMENT-WISE SALES IN MARCH 2024

Product Strategy

  • It is said that the primary volume generator segment in overall sales remained with  commuter motorcycles like Splendor, Glamour, Passion, etc. Moreover, the introduction of Hero Xtreme 125R expanded Hero’s premium bike lineup.
  • Hero offers four scooter ranges named Destini prime, Xoom, Destini 125 Xtec, and Pleasure, at affordable prices. Recently, Hero added the Pleasure+ Xtec Sport variant in its line up, which must have helped the brand to manage a positive MoM growth.
  • The company's emerging electric scooter range Vida brand also played a significant role in enhancing its international presence and sales growth.

CarBike360 Says

Hero MotoCorp's performance in March 2024 showcases resilience and growth potential, with positive MoM sales across all segments and significant expansion in international markets. Despite facing challenges in the domestic market, Hero's strategic product lineup and focus on premium segments are paying off, positioning the company for further growth and market leadership.
