The Citroën Aircross is a compact SUV that stands out for its distinctive French design, versatility, and the features within the mid-size SUV. Positioned as a family-friendly vehicle, it comes with both 5- and 7-seater configurations.
The exterior design elements within the Aircross are a wide air intake, a prominent skid plate, and the signature Chevron logo finished in glossy black with a silver surround. The headlamp cluster is carried over from the C3. The features in the side are plastic cladding, a distinctive crease in the rear fender, and a two-tone roof option along with 17-inch ‘Quadratic’ alloy wheels. The rear design highlights are its striking C-shaped taillights, a roof spoiler, and a chunky rear skid plate.
Step inside the Aircross, and the cabin greets its customers with five- and seven-seater layouts with the third row being removable. The Aircross’ dashboard features a dual-tone finish with satin chrome accents and a leatherette-wrapped steering wheel. Other notable highlights include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, and rear AC vents. Additional features within the interiors are premium printed headliners, anodised bronze instrument panel deco, and ample storage options. The seats are upholstered in leatherette.
The safety features within the Aircross include six airbags available in top variants, ABS, EBD, rear parking sensors, and a driver airbag as standard across variants. The mid-sized SUV is also equipped with advanced technology such as a digital instrument cluster, steering-mounted controls, and a full suite of connectivity options via the touchscreen infotainment system. The Aircross also offers features like automatic climate control, halogen headlamps with LED DRLs, and LED taillights.
The Citroën Aircross is powered by a 1.2L three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine (PURETECH 110), which generates a power output of 108.62 bhp at 5500 rpm and a peak torque of 205 Nm between 1750 and 2500 rpm. The engine is also partnered with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission, with front-wheel drive as standard. The Aircross delivers a claimed ARAI mileage of 17.5 to 18.5 kmpl.
The Citroën Aircross is a compelling choice in the Indian compact SUV segment, blending distinctive French design, a feature-rich cabin, and strong safety credentials. As Hyderabad owner of Citroen C3 Aircross turbo AT, mileage is solid 17 kmpl mixed driving. Features wow with panoramic roof and modular seats. Power & performance punches above, quick acceleration for city zips. Safety top-notch, 6 airbags and camera. Technology shines with voice commands and connected app for India roads. Minor niggle on build quality, but great Citroen C3 Aircross review for budget buyers.
Driving Citroen C3 Aircross in Bangalore since Jan 2025. Mileage disappoints, just 11 kmpl in traffic, highway 15 max. Features are basic, no fancy stuff like ventilated seats. Power & performance feels weak on inclines, engine struggles with full load. But safety is strong with hill hold and TPMS, saved me once. Technology okay, infotainment lags sometimes. Not worth for performance lovers, better options out there.
Bought Citroen C3 Aircross last year in Delhi. Mileage impresses me, 18 kmpl on highways to Agra, city 13-15 kmpl. Features stand out with spacious boot and 7-seater option, perfect for family. Power & performance is peppy, turbo kicks in nicely for hills. Safety features like stability control and multiple airbags give peace. Technology is modern with wireless charging and app connect, easy to use. Loving the suspension on potholes. Best SUV under 15 lakh in India!
