Mahindra Vision S Compact SUV

The Mahindra Vision S concept showcases a boxy SUV silhouette inspired by the Defender, featuring L-shaped LED DRLs seamlessly integrated into the grille and unique ice-cube fog lamps.
It gets a muscular bumper with contrasting skid plates, roof-mounted auxiliary lamps, and functional tree-limb risers that protect the windshield from branches during off-road drives.
From the sides, it stands out with machined alloy wheels, chunky body cladding, flared wheel arches, flush door handles, and a ladder plus storage box mounted near the rear quarter.

The tail section features a tailgate-mounted spare wheel with Vision S branding, vertical LED tail lamps, sleek stop lights, and a sporty dual-tone rear bumper.
Inside, it adopts a blue-and-black interior theme complemented by silver highlights and glossy black finishes, offering a premium yet adventurous look.

The interior houses two large digital touchscreens, a Vision S-branded three-spoke steering wheel, and dual yellow dashboard straps with metal buckles for an off-road aesthetic.

The seats, centre armrest, and gear lever carry blue-black accents, maintaining design consistency throughout the cabin.

The Mahindra Vision S compact SUV is built on the advanced NU_IQ modular platform, designed for flexibility and performance.
This adaptable platform supports multiple powertrains — including petrol, diesel, hybrid, and all-electric options.
Expected engine choices include a 2.0-litre mStallion petrol, 2.2-litre mHawk diesel, and 59kWh or 79kWh electric battery variants.
It can accommodate both front-wheel (FWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD) systems, along with left- and right-hand drive configurations, signaling global market ambitions.
The SUV is likely to feature modern driver assistance systems, such as Level 2 ADAS, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), electronic parking brake with auto-hold, and multiple drive modes.

The Vision S concept showcases a flat-bottomed three-spoke steering wheel, panoramic glass roof, and dual digital displays for the instrument cluster and infotainment system.
