The sale of pre-owned cars in India has witnessed a remarkable surge, with Indians selling cars worth more than Rs 1,250 crore during the first quarter of this year. As per the Drive Time Quarterly Report by CARS24, the sale of used cars has witnessed substantial growth between January and March 2023, with a 100% increase in sales as compared to the corresponding period last year.

Triumph operations in India are now under the control of Bajaj

According to the latest reports, Bajaj is set to assume complete responsibility for Triumph's sales and service operations in India, in accordance with the strategic partnership agreement that the two firms had entered into a few years ago. This collaboration also entails Bajaj and Triumph collaborating to jointly design new Triumph models in the entry-level mid-capacity segment, which will be produced by Bajaj at its Chakan factory.
